 This is an old plant that seems to have fallen off the radar for some time.  We are just glad a liner source decided to offer it.  Variegatus has almost pure white edges one each leaf surrounding a deep green interior.  Admittingly, this is a strong variegation that may not appeal to everyone, but those who like loud will love this selection.  The white flowers appear with the same fragrance as the species but fewer in number.  Also, the lack of chlorophyll keeps this plant to a smaller size allowing it to be used in more locations.
